IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE "FANTASY PLANET PAINTER" SOFTWARE ("SOFTWARE"). BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.
1. License Grant
Methodox Technologies, Inc. ("Licensor") grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a single device owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- Modify or Copy: Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
- Redistribution: Sell, rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
- Unauthorized Use: Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.
4. User-Generated Content
The Software allows you to create and export content such as low-resolution cell maps and high-resolution procedural world maps ("User Content").
- Ownership of User Content: You retain all rights to your User Content created with the Software.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of exporting, sharing, or publishing it.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s). Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
10. Amendments
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on https://fantasyplanetpainter.com, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
11. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Acknowledgment
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
